Gotcha Day Four & Doctor Appointments

It is hard to believe that April 7 was four years since we first had Hannah put in our arms. She has been such a blessing to our family. She is one silly little girl that makes us laugh so much. She is also a very smart little girl. I am proud of how much she has already learned in her four years. She continues to want to learn as much as possible. God has truly blessed us.

The kids were on spring break this week. I was able to be off with them on Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately the weather wasn't all that great for us to do anything. Tuesday both Hannah and Ethan had an eye doctor appointment. Hannah has slight astigmatism that doesn't need any correction at this time. Ethan on the other hand has 20/200 vision. His glasses should be in next week. I will post a picture of him with them on after we get them.

Greg took Ethan for his four year check up Thursday. He told him of concerns that we have of his development. He is referring us to development specialist at Vandy.

Ethan's Birthday and Pottery Painting

The last couple of months have been good. Ethan had his birthday on February 13. He had a really good time. He got another engine for his train set and a new bike. He was very happy. They both are growing like weeds. Hannah is big enough now that she does not have to have a back on her booster set. I want to cry almost every time I think about her growing up.

I have pictures of Ethan's party, our new swing set, and us painting pottery. Enjoy.

Two Months

I can't believe it has been two months since my last post. The kiddos are doing great. Ethan's speech is coming along well. We are able to understand more of what he says now. He is still enjoying pre-school. He is a silly little boy. He makes us laugh everyday. He is all into trains at this time. He birthday is coming up on Feb 13. He will be 4. It will be a train theme.

Hannah is a sassy, sweet princess. She likes to remind her Daddy that his princess is calling him on her play cell phone. Last Saturday Daddy decide to take his princess to have her nails painted. Oh, he didn't know what he started. they were cute when it was done. They were pink with white dots on them. I told her that we would go have mommy daughter day this spring and get our hands and feet done together. That is all she is talking about now. She already has her colors picked out.

I think Daddy is sad that she is growing up so fast. I think she has a small crush on Mike Rowe from "Dirty Jobs". Daddy says she is too young for thinking boys are cute.
