The time is Here!!!

We got our travel date. We are leaving on November 2 and will return on November 18. There is so much to get ready before we go. We are getting necessary papers ready for Greg's mother who is watching Hannah for us. Hannah is getting excited. Greg and I both are very stressed. We should be on the same flight back as Gwen (I think). We are now just waiting to hear how much our in China travel will be to see if we have enough money.

They had my shower at work today. They did a Chinese theme. They had made red and yellow paper lanterns to hang up. They really did their research on the colors and everything. They ordered Chinese food. It was great. Ethan has more clothes than Hannah does now. I lost track of all the outfits. They also took up money for us. All together we got $410. It was great. We should be able to keep everyone updated while we are over there. We will post some pictures.

God's Blessings

There is a lady that I work with (Elaine) that is a strong Christian woman. She has been my prayer warrior at work. Today was pay day. She came over first thing this morning and gave me a card. She has placed a check for $200.00 in there. She said that she felt that God was wanting her to give us the money and provided her with overtime so that she could.

God has placed wonderful people in my life. Verna and Elaine are great.

Then before I left work today my friend Chrissy was acting strange. She ended up distracting me so she could delete an email that she sent to me by mistake. She went ahead and told me that my department is taking up money to help us out. I also believe that they are throwing me a surprise shower on Monday. I did not tell Chrissy that I had figured that out. Now I have to act surprised.

Travel is coming soon.

Got a call this morning from our SW. The home office is trying to get in on the November 15 group that is scheduled for the US Consulate in China. If we get in on this group we will be leaving the end of October or beginning of November. I am so excited. We would be meeting up with Gwen in Guangzhou. That will be so exciting to be over there with her again. It is hard to believe that we could be celebrating Thanksgiving here with our new son. Gwen, thank you for your prayers for quick travel.

Hannah and I went to Wally World to buy a bed spread for Ethan. We found a cute blue spread that has baseballs on it. It will be nice to have his bed up and ready for him.
